One of the raw-some kitchen essentials. Goji berries are great in smoothies, but they are much more versatile than that! Try adding to salads, into your sauerkraut or kim-chi, mixing in with chocolate, or using in spicy salsas!
We recommend adding goji berries to your savoury dishes such as tomato salsa (yum!) Joel’s all time favourite snack is goji berries mixed with cacao nibs. Just give it a try, it will give you enough energy to ‘light-up like a pin-ball machine’.
Store in a dry, cool place in an air-tight container or fridge. You can also store your goji berries in a freezer and use them in your banana ice-creams!
