Mulberry, Wild Blueberry & Hemp Morning Super Shake

We have an awesome idea for your next big breakfast hit. Super easy, nutritious, delicious and decadent. Packed with protein, antioxidants and omegas – in a perfect ratio for your beautiful body.

That’s how we like it:)

It is bound to light you up like a pinball machine so get your Nutribullets, Vitamixes or blenders out and let’s get whizzing.

Mulberry, Wild Blueberry & Hemp Morning Super Shake

Ingredients

25g Black Mulberries

100g wild blueberries (frozen)

2tsp /5g acerola extract powder 

45g hemp seed (hulled)

1 ripe pear (150g)

1TBSP vanilla essence

1 cup spring water

1-2 tsp maple syrup or any other sweetener

Method

Simply whizz all ingredients together in a high-speed blender and add water or coconut water to reach the desired smoothie consistency. Add acerola cherry extract last for extra vitamin C boost and serve right away! We also like adding a teaspoon of cold-pressed hemp or flax oil to help with full-spectrum nutrient absorption.
