Peaches & Cream Breakfast Smoothie (and the Dreams of Summer)

Peaches are one of the key summer flavours seemingly capable of transporting us to dreamy, sun-drenched lands with sea breeze and lots of lush, blossoming vegetation.

This week we are sharing a super simple summer staple that is filling, refreshing and dreamy. Perfect for quick, energy-filled breakfasts and sun-drenched summer days.

Peaches & Cream Smoothie

(serves 2)


1-2 TBLS creamed coconut (also called coconut cream/ coconut mana)

4-5 soft dates, pitted

1-2 TBLS rose water

4-5 fresh ripe organic peaches

4-5 frozen bananas, peeled

1,5-2 cups of water


First, add creamed coconut and dates to a high-speed blender. Add just enough water to cover the ingredients and whizz on high-speed till you reach a creamy, smooth consistency.

Add pitted peaches and rose water and blend again.

Finally, add frozen bananas chopped in 1-2 inch pieces, add enough water to reach the desired smoothie consistency, and blend again.
