The Mysteries of Sound and Sound Healing

| 21 June 2021

“Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything.” Plato

“Sound will be the medicine of the future.” Edgar Cayce

What do I intend to write about and communicate with you? My intention is to offer you information about sound, information that maybe you did not know before or perhaps have forgotten…

The best way that I can affect you and the best thing that I can intend for you is to inspire your thoughts. Because when you are inspired, you are ‘with spirit’, when you have inspired thought, you are naturally stimulated to act. I can’t do or change anything for you, however, I can do my best to inspire your thoughts so that you can act on them yourself, so that your own action comes from within. That is my honest intention for you, from my heart.

“Frequency Plus Intention Equals Healing” – Jonathan Goldman

Why is Intention so important in sound healing?

Intention is so important in sound healing because, without it, there would be no purpose of sound. There is meaning in life because of purpose, and each purpose, each intention has a different effect, a different outcome, a different shape and form.

Language was designed to hide feelings– Bruce Lipton

Words can certainly be untrue, but intentionality does not lie. Even though the effect of intention is a scientifically immeasurable quality, we can all remember the feeling of listening to someone say something they didn’t mean. We always receive the intention behind the words, it is just always on a more subtle level. The frequency is just the sound and the intent is the energy behind the sound.

“Sound is a carrier wave of consciousness” – Steven Halpern

Our thoughts and words are carried into the air by sound. Speaking with conscious intention gives appreciation and gratitude to sound for carrying the vibrational essences of our intentions. Without sound, there would be no world and no beauty.

So, when one gives a sound healing, it is so essential to remain focused upon the intention of health and harmony for your patient, to remain focused on what they need, instead of what you want. And vice versa, when one is receiving a sound healing, to set your intention to be fully open minded and fully open to the harmony, healing and blessings of the sounds, to allow yourself to believe in sound and leave all your expectations and doubts at the door.

When we set intentions, we allow for the energy around to hold space and carry purpose with us. We create with our intentions and when you believe it, you will see it.

 Sound; the Origin of Creation

“In the beginning was the word and the word was God” – The Bible

Even though many of us are not religious, there are still wise and valuable teachings that various religions can offer us. So, if we re-create this quote from the Bible and turn it into a modern-day idiom, it would be;

“Into the great voids of space came a sound and matter took shape.” – Dr Peter Guy Manners

Sound is the basis of all. Everything owes its existence solely and completely to sound. Sound is the factor which holds space, shape and form together. This is how the world began and how creation took shape. Sound and life are inextricably, wholeheartedly linked.

“Pure science used by the ancients.”

I’d like us to remember and honour our ancestors, everyone who has come before us and used these pure sounds for thousands and thousands of years. Going back to the pyramids 4500 years ago to the King’s Chamber and how they used granite walls and ceilings to reflect and enhance the volume and strength of sound to heal.

These ancient civilisations around the world have known the power of sound, the word, the voice and of music for thousands and thousands of years and still make the most of this power to this day. For example, Christians and Muslims utilise the power of sound in the form of Prayer, whilst Hindus and Buddhists employ sound in the style of Mantras and for the Shamanic Traditions, they use ancient Chants to reap all the benefits that sound has to give.

Sound healing traditions date back all throughout history, to over 40,000 years ago where the Australian Aboriginals used the Digeridoo, along with chants and dancing in ceremonies for the purpose of healing and spiritual journeying. The length of the Digeridoo decides it’s sound, the shorter the instrument, the higher the pitch and the longer theinstrument the deeper the pitch. This concept is accurately reflected by the Monochord made by Pythagoras, which shows the direct connection between music, math and geometry (the harmonic ratios of sound).

“Study the monochord and you will know the secrets of the universe” – Pythagoras

However, before going further down the rabbit hole of the connection between math and music…

I’d like to go back 6000 years ago to Mesopotamia, to the invention of the worlds first drum. The Frame Drum. All over the world we see the Frame Drum as an archetypal idea, as a founding pillar to sound. People everywhere came up with the idea to make a drum like this. These drums are much wider than the depth of their shells and were often found with symbols on them. Many of them had lotus symbols, or a dot in the centre called a Bindu, which represents the compacted energy of everything in the universe, before it came into existence, before the first sound.

A lot of these frame drums in the past were also painted red, to symbolise the colour of blood. If we go deeper into the meaning, we can remember that the first sound that we hear in the womb is the sound of our mother’s blood pumping through her arteries.

The Frame Drum is so important because of what it represents. The circle shape of the drum represents the whole entire universe, the Bindu in the middle represents the seed, the unmanifested energy of everything and with one stroke of the mother’s touch on the drum comes the sound which bleeds everything into existence, into shape and form, into reality.

“One stroke on the drum and everything comes into existence.” – Layne Redmond

When one plays the drum, they can embody this all-encompassing meaning and go back to the beginning through the sounds, remembering that drumming is a spiritual technology to bring us back to our origins.

And when we do look back at the historic references of who is holding this drum in the ancient world, we see that they are primarily women and Goddesses such as Hathor, Aphrodite, Cybele – Protectress of the Roman Empire, Sekhmet, Inanna, Anat, Astra, Demeter, Persephone, Hekate, the Priestesses of Dionysus, Isis and Regional Goddesses in Philae.

Of course, I would never dare to say now that this instrument is only for women, it is not, let me be clear on that. However, I know the importance of sharing this information so that we can learn how it was in the ancient world and embody that sacred knowledge and way once again.

When a woman sees another woman doing something, they can be so inspired to do something with their own power too. Women seeing groups of women playing the frame drum together, awakens something dormant inside of them and just attracts and calls them to play and reunite with the mother through all the sounds and movements. The practice and play of the frame drum are at our deepest source as women and mothers and if we are in tune, we will realise and answer the calling. Playing the ancient frame drum allows us to remember the memories of our ancestors and to access our own ancient blood, the blood of the mother.

To see visually and hear acoustically what women coming together and playing the drum looks and sounds like, watch this video and see for yourself just how powerful it is. The video is by Layne Redmond, the western mother of the frame drum who committed so much of her life, time and energy to bringing the frame drum back into the hands of thousands and thousands of women. Creating mobs of Angels.

So, when we go back to our roots, back to our origins, back to the voids of space and realise that sound is how creation took shape and that through the vibration processes of sound, all matter is organised. Once we remember this and become consciously aware of sound and its beauty once again, we can welcome and invite these harmonious, pure sounds back into our lives. We can use them so that we can enhance our lives and the life of our communities in ways that we have been missing, in the ways of harmony and co-operation.

This is the pure beauty and power that sound has to offer us. We can use it everywhere and anywhere. So, why are we not?

Types of Sound

Firstly, it is important to recognize that sound exists without us, that we don’t have to be able to perceive sound for it to be there. There are all these sounds that we cannot hear however, that are very much there.

Humans with regular hearing can only pick up sounds between 20 Hz and 20,000 Hz.

Frequencies above 20,000 Hz are known as ultrasound. So, when you see a dog tilt his head up to listen to seemingly imaginary sounds, he is actually likely tuning in to ultrasonic frequencies that are as high as 45,000 Hz. Bats can heareven among the highest frequencies of any mammal on earth, frequencies up to 120,000 Hz! They use their ownultrasonic vocalizations as sonar which allows them to pursue tiny insects in the dark and move without any inefficiency.

Whilst at the other end of the spectrum, there are very low-frequency sounds that are below 20 Hz and known as infrasound. For example, elephants use infrasound for communicating with each other, they make sounds that aretoo low for us to hear. Low frequency sounds travel farther than high frequency ones, so infrasound is ideal for elephants as they can communicate over long plains and large distances.

As we come to realise, sound is happening everywhere, at all times and by all things …

Types of sound we can perceive, include audible and inaudible sounds, pleasant and unpleasant sounds, soft and loud sounds, as well as the types of sounds that are constructed harmoniously together to make something called music.

Understanding that there are many types of sounds and that each one has a purpose and an effect, can teach us and guide us to bringing the right types of sounds into our lives. It is important to note, that there are negative consequences of sound.

It is easy to be spoon-fed from the radio and the mainstream media on what music to listen to, but that music can very often be low frequency. Moreover, when your environment and your body begin vibrating at lower or an unnatural frequency, it can cause illness throughout your body, mind and spirit. That’s why it is so important, as we become more aware of sound and frequencies, to bring the right sounds into our lives and realise the real negative impacts that some sounds have and stop bringing them into our lives.

There are many music artists and sound healing practitioners out there, who work and create beautiful, well-intentioned pieces of sound, that vibrate to beautiful frequencies and who are just waiting to be discovered. There is truly awe-inspiring music and sound journeys that can give you so much love and harmony, that can make you feel, physically, mentally, emotionally and consciously better. Sound is essential for living harmoniously and for expanding our consciousness.

 The Voice

“The voice is a light. If the light becomes dim, it has not gone out; it is there. It is the same with the voice. If it does not shine, it only means that it has been cultivated and you must cultivate it again and it will shine once more.”Hazrat Inayat Khan

With our voice, we have a gift and an opportunity, an opportunity to speak consciously and say what we mean, to mean what we say. The word is sacred, stay true to the word.

Sound is a communicator, it carries our words to each other, it carries all the information around from one place to another. Sound is always passing on information. Through the sound of our voice, we are passing on information too. When we use our voice, we are sending out vibrations of energy, sound waves from our throat and mouth.

Our voice is so special because we have the ability to speak so clearly and communicate so honestly, when we set our intention for that to be so. When we calm down and slow down, when we breathe properly and be patient and confident, we really can speak truthfully.

The truth resonates at a certain level, the truth resonates differently. When you speak the truth, there is something special about it. The truth is that a tree is a tree. There is no doubt in truth.

When we speak, when there is disharmony in our voices, that often means that there is disharmony somewhere else in us as well. Because our voice directly reflects our internal energy and emotional state. Not being able to voice something can often echo a trauma that’s happened in the past, whether it be subtle or impressive, it can stop us from voicing our true feelings.

There is a Sufi saying that;

“The voice is the only instrument made by God. All other instruments were made by man.”

Our voice is the most accessible of instruments to us. We do not have to go out and buy a musical instrument or a piece of scientific machinery, in order to experience harmonics.

We can use sound and voice techniques as supportive tools in re-vitalising and re-harmonising our energy. The voice has the power to heal the body and there are many practises where you can discover and experience this for yourself, like through humming, singing and harmonic toning with positive intention.

When you are singing, you are producing a positive vibration in your body. We all know how great it feels to sing our favourite songs. Scientists have now proven that when you sing it produces positive chemical changes in your body. When you sing, you also breathe deeper, which helps you to get more oxygen in your body, that in turn supports you in relaxing further. Singing isn’t about being perfect, good or bad, it is about enjoying the vibrations you are creating in your body and feeling happy doing so!

If we think of how sound travels very easily through water and that the human body is made up of 60% water, then we can recognize that sound can travel very easily throughout our bodies too. Which in turn, makes it even easier for us to resonate the molecules of our bodies to frequencies of harmony.

Through the conscious awareness that sound organizes energy, we can apply sound to organizing our lives and environments. We can learn to use our voices for positive means, to bring harmony to our surroundings and to the people in them. We can use our voices, through our words and intentions, to shift the energy around us through the positive vibrations of sound that we can create, that will in succession also resonate with the positive vibrations of the others around as well.

Take a moment to reflect on the vocal changes when speaking from different places like, anger, aggression, sadness and fear to happiness, love, excitement and joy. So though, in the same way that our voices and sound can create harmony, they can also create the opposite effect, which is important to recognize.

Our voices are the easiest instruments through which intentions can be focused and channeled. So, what is your intention when you speak? Do you intend to give love and communicate truth through the sound waves that you create? Do you not have an intention at all?

“Each craft must employ its own tools and each soul its own body” – Aristotle

What is Sound Healing? Sound, Vibration and Frequency

“If you want to know the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration” – Nikola Tesla

Sound healing is the simple yet sophisticated practice of using music, voice and different instruments to return our energy back to its natural, resonant frequency of harmony. As well as this, sound healing has many other therapeutic benefits, like reducing stress and inducing relaxation and joy.

“Imagine the body is like an instrument and sound healing is like re-tuning that instrument to its correct tone.” – College of Sound Healing

If I strike a tuning fork, and then we put it on something solid, the solid material will resonate with the vibrations of the tuning fork and produce a sound. The sound that we hear is the resonant frequency of the wood. The tuning fork works as if it’s amplifying the natural vibrations of the wood, so that we can hear them.

Do you remember as a kid rubbing your finger around the edge of a wine glass filled with water and hearing a sound? Well, that sound too, was the resonant frequency of the wine glass.

Recognizing that everything has a frequency that it’s vibrating at, at all times is essential to further understanding sound healing and expanding our own and collective consciousness. Just because we are not aware of something, does not mean it’s not happening.

“Awareness is like the sun. When it shines on things, they are transformed.” – Thich Nhat Hanh

Sound and vibration are one and the same. The definition of sound is, the passing on of vibrational information at the moment of collision between any two atoms or molecules.

From the source of the sound, the molecule nearest to it is caused to vibrate, this molecule will then cause all the molecules it is in contact with to vibrate as well, passing on the information of the sound. This process of vibration continues from molecule to molecule, with the vibrations reaching all the way through the molecules in our body as well, depending on volume. So, when we hear a sound, we are not just hearing it, we can physically feel it as well. This is such an important point to remember because it shows us how sound can very easily travel through walls, as well as our bodies.

Einstein’s Theory of Relativity stated: Mass is energy

All of our cells are made up of molecules, which are made up of atoms and every atom is a vibrating source of energy, you can imagine them like miniature tornadoes, they vibrate at certain frequencies, they have a force field which gives them the character of being physical and they reflect light so that we can see them. Through Newtonian physics we have been taught to think that this is a ‘physical universe’ but now through Quantum Physics, we know that this is an ‘energy universe’ that’s made up of energy, vibration, vibrational frequencies, sound, light and electromagnetic fields of energy waves.

“Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.” – Albert Einstein

Sound healing is energy medicine because the information needed to heal is carried through the vibrations of sounds. Through sound healing, we can use vibrational signatures, in this case, harmonious sounds to induce harmonic vibrations in our bodies and heal us.

Sound is able to heal through the essential principles of Entrainment – where one rhythmic vibrating object will synchronize with another vibrating object. Through the principle of Resonance – where if one tuning fork has been struck for example, another will pick up the vibration and start to produce sound, even if it has not been struck. And through Constructive Interference – where two vibrations will entangle with each other and add up to both gain more power than either one alone could (the two vibrations being us and sound).

When the body or a body part is ill or out of balance, that body or body part is producing the wrong frequency, a discordant and disharmonious frequency compared to its correct one, like how an instrument out of tune sounds.

So, to bring ourselves and our bodies back into harmony we can project different types of sound back into the body, through the voice, through instruments and speakers and through audio recordings. The body will then respond and resonate to that sound and come back into balance.

For example, our bones are the densest part of our bodies and so they vibrate slower and resonate at a lower frequency. Different parts of the body will resonate with particular sounds. So, if we want to heal our bones, we must project low pitch sounds into the body so that the bones can resonate with the sounds that are similar in harmonic vibration to them and heal in succession (not forgetting the work of intention as well).

There are so many beautiful frequencies out there, that we can truly use to reduce our stress, to raise our energy, to expand our creativity and consciousness, improve our memories and release our full limitless capacities.

Some widely loved frequencies that are also considered to be pure tones, are called the “Solfeggio Frequencies”. They have particularly positive effects because they resonate in harmony with the resonant frequency of earth, the Schumann resonance of 8 Hz.

“The language of the universe doesn’t speak English. It speaks Frequencies.”

These pure sounds and pure vibrations are listed below, with their frequency and their purpose in short:

174Hz – Foundations and Reduces Pain
396Hz – Liberates Guilt, Fear and Ego
417Hz – Facilitating Change and Expand consciousness
432Hz – Universal Harmony
528Hz – Transformation and Miracles
639Hz – Enables Connection, Unity and Relationships
741Hz – Awaken Intuition, Creativity and Expressivity
852Hz – Returning to Spiritual Order
936Hz – Restorative, Oneness, Opens Third Eye and Awakens Perfect State
1122Hz – Mastery Frequency

Let the music of the spheres play inside you

Sound is balanced, it unifies, and it uplifts us and the energy around. Sound has all the possibility and capability to leave its beautiful structure and vibration in our energy field.

Everything has its own melody. There is a musical nature of nuclear matter from atoms to galaxies. Connect yourself with the melody of the Universe.

To me, this is about shifting into the long-term resonance of harmony. Listening to harmonic sounds frequently to truly change our frequency on all levels in a positive way.

Sound has the ability to be applied in so many ways, for every purpose you can imagine. Like to help you grow your plants or to heal animals and babies and or get you through childbirth, it can guide you in the most intense scenarios.

We can bring beautiful sounds into our environments, on our trains, we replace the noise ‘pollution’ that we make with sweet melodies. We have all the possibility and capability to use sound to enhance our lives in countless directions.

“Nobody can predict the future, but it’s worth trying to influence the direction” – Ron De Jonge

 Seeing Sound? Cymatics

“There is geometry in the humming’s of the strings, there is music in the spacing of the spheres.” – Pythagoras

Sounds and harmonic sounds are highly structured, with all different kinds of forms and beautiful geometric patterns. This might be hard to believe as we have a current and definite culture of “I’ll believe it when I see it!”

Showing something invisible isn’t simple, however with many thanks to the efforts of many scientists and people over thousands of years, we can now see the beauty of sound! We owe this to the following people such as Leonardo Da Vinci, Galileo Galilei, Robert Hooke, Ernst Chladni, Michael Faraday, John William Strutt, Margaret Watts-Hughes, Desiree Waller, Hans Jenny, Alexander Lauterwasser, Thomas J. Mitchell, John Stuart Reid,

The world’s first commercial instrument that renders sound visible in water is called the “CymaScope Pro” where we can see how sound organizes energy and matter and what those structures look like.

I have always been fascinated with the translation of that which is invisible, into something visible that individuals can relate to, in particular, the representation of sound through colour and geometric form. I saw the use of cymatic technology as one method of such representation and a unique and compelling way of educating individuals about the link between sound, colour, and geometric form. – Shannon

We can see now how the vibrational patterns of sound in the ocean match the structure and pattern of the shell of a tortoise and other geometric patterns throughout nature. See image here.

This is also a profound documentary called “Cymatics” where you will see visual references of how sound and the vibration process organise matter, watch these videos.

These two videos are from the CymaScope Pro and show real-time footage of the Halo drum and Yantara Jiro’s voice here.

Music, in the absolute sense, is the invisible geometry of the Universe, a delicate tracery of frequencies that harmonise with each other, from which all matter manifests. The conductor of this sublime symphony is the Creative Force of the Universe.” – CymaScope

We see symmetry in sound when we are coherent with the words and the sounds we are speaking and making. This adds to the point I was making earlier, of speaking consciously, with conscious intent of harmony. We expand our consciousness to the point that we know if we are speaking harmoniously, that the sounds we are making have symmetry and beauty in their form.

If our eyes could see music, they would be bathed in glittering kaleidoscope-like patterns. Most all audible sounds are bubble and sphere-like in nature, not wave-like which is commonly imagined. Picture a violin with a bubble of sound emitting out from it, if we could see sound, that’s something like the shape would look like.

If we could just use our imagination to help ourselves see more geometry everywhere and see the geometry of sound, what would that look and feel like?

 Sound Healing and Science

Sound healing is pure science used by the ancients. There are no differences in the benefits of sound from over 40,000 years ago and from today. Only now, we have the opportunity to scientifically read and record the consequences of sound through electroencephalograms and electrocardiograms.

Understanding sound on a deeper level and on a scientific level, is essential for optimizing the healing and therapeutic benefits that sound has to offer, for ourselves and our communities because the more we can prove scientifically the benefits of sound healing, the more that people will believe in it and in succession, the more people that can heal and benefit from the harmony of sound.

(This is an interesting ted talk which explains how sound healing can shatter cancer cells.)

 Stress = Disharmony

“There’s no organ system in the body that’s not affected by sound, music and vibration. You can look at disease as a form of disharmony.” – Mitchell Gaynor

The APA says that 90% of doctor’s visits are now due to stress. Well, stress in its simplest term is disharmony.

So, what can you do to reduce stress? Go and find yourself in an environment that expresses harmony. If you can’t do that, change the way you interact with your environment, so that it’s accordant with harmony. Slow down, eat better, rest well because illness is when you stop looking after yourself.

With the character of music being harmony, it is one of the simplest and most effective ways to calm down, eliminate stress and become more harmonious and flowing.

You heal when you stop stress.

Sound Healing Exercise; Open Up to Harmony Like a Flower to the Sun

The only way to truly become conscious of the healing benefits of sound is to feel and hear them for yourself.

For this exercise, find a piece of sound or music that is created with the intention of entrainment or with pure tones (396hz, 417hz, 43zhz, 528hz, 639hz, 741hz, 852hz, 936hz)!

Make sure the artist is well intentioned and understands for themselves the healing aspects of sound.

Most importantly, find a piece of music that really calls to you specifically. Music that at your heart, you enjoy, that relaxes you and truly touches you.

Now, as you play the music,

Focus entirely on the sound, allow your mind to completely focus on the sound and let everything else naturally flow away, drop away, any stress or worry, anything that isn’t serving you anymore, let it float away.

As you listen,

Feel the energy of the sound waves and the frequency of the music vibrating.

Feel the beautiful sounds seeping through your skin and resonating throughout your entire body.

Allow the sound to leave its positive intention and sacred structure all throughout your body.

Feel the vibrating sound waves passing on vibrational information to the atoms, molecules and cells of your body.

Imagine all the molecules in your body vibrating as they do and colliding one by one, receiving and passing on these beautiful, positive vibrations and the information of harmonic sound.

Allow the sound to entrain the cells of your body, so that they vibrate to the frequency of the sound.

Feel your own atoms resonating to the sound of the music.

Give gratitude and thanks to the sound and music.

And know that these sounds are constructively interfering with your energy and vibration, the sound waves are nourishing you, bringing you health and returning you to harmony.

Feel yourself becoming coherent with yourself and your environment.

As the sound relaxes you, feel yourself go deeper and realize that you don’t have to push life anymore, realize that you can move from harmony, with harmony, just like music does.

Know that harmony is your natural, resonant frequency and know that naturally you open up to harmony and harmonious environments, like a flower to the sun.

Sound enhances our lives by structuring us in ways of harmony, function and order. Sound raises our own frequency and the frequency of the energy in the air around us. Sound makes the way we vibrate smoother and returns us to our inherent state of harmony.

Closing Words

All one needs to do is listen to the sounds, set a positive intention and absorb all the good vibrations that sound has to offer to feel great, it’s really that easy and so effective. It is such a simple, beautiful and positively inspiring means that we can all use to truly enhance our lives in so many different and diverse ways. All we need to do is use our imagination and take action.

These concepts of sound and sound healing go to our universal origins.

I hope that through these words you have been inspired, gained new perspectives and have been brought back to those roots.

“The processes that create sound into harmonious music are the same processes that govern all associating vibrations throughout the universe.” – Fritjof Capra

Applying the concepts of sound healing will expand our consciousness exponentially.

The Principle of Resonance is a Universal Law that we can all use to our own and collective advantage. If we imagine ourselves like a tuning fork with our brains that are emitting frequencies through our thoughts. When we communicate with others, even if they are in a bad mood, we can vibrate our positivity through our thoughts and words, and it will resonate with the parts of them that are positive inside. When we have thoughts, we are exciting, vibrating and activating those things in the world that are connected to them!

When we apply the Principle of Constructive Interference to our lives, where two waves in harmony are more powerful together than either could be alone, we can realise that as people we are more powerful together than either one of us could be alone.

What I have realised and what all my research and writing has led me to, is that this isn’t about having a sound healing session once or twice. This is about long-term sound harmony. This is about re-tuning our noise pollution back into melodies and harmonies. To make our lives and communities co-operative, relaxed and more efficient again. Through the use of sound and the proof of how we can now see that it organizes energy we can bring harmony back into our lives and communities, into our cities and fields, we can resonate pure harmony again.

Setting intentions to speak with conscious intent and coherence, will result in speaking with harmonious symmetry. When we become consciously aware of sound and the vital role it plays in our lives and in the creation of life itself, the possibilities to live healthier and happier lives are endless.

We can listen to high vibrational music in different ways, I’ve written some starting ideas for you. Follow your own intuition and your own path with this. Discover and have fun. So, one way to do it might be to listen to the sounds for 15 minutes and feel for how long after that you can still feel the resonance of the music. When you can’t feel the resonance of the music anymore, listen to it again. And repeat this the whole day. Or listen once every morning, afternoon and night. Or how about listening for two to three times a week for 6 weeks? And then recording the difference from when you start and finish. Noticing how we feel before and after listening to harmonious sounds and music, is further proof and evidence in what we know and believe about the beauty of sound.

“We are slowed down sound and light waves, a walking bundle of frequencies tuned to the cosmos. We are souls dressed up in sacred biochemical garments and our souls are the instruments through which our souls play their music.” – Albert Einstein
