Meet our favourite long-term olive suppliers, learn the difference between different styles of olives, and the reason why we call them ‘steak berries’. In our books, olive is one of the best replacements for meat products in terms of texture, flavour, and nutrition.

Olives also have a deeper meeting to us: it is a local fruit to Europe, once spearheading the whole economy, and it is also a symbol of peace. Imagine the world where we would all eat more olives (or ‘steak berries’) than meat!
