Watermelon Smoothie


(serves 2)

600 ml juiced watermelon

1 inch watermelon rind

2 cups frozen raspberries

Juice of 2 limes

50 gr hulled hemp seeds

8 gr basil

2 tsp lucuma

Pinch of salt


Blend the watermelon into juice. Put the juice aside and add a small amount into the blender – enough to blend with the rest of the ingredients, so that they stay close to the blades. Add all the other ingredients and blend until you get a smooth consistency. Add the rest of the watermelon juice and blend for 30 seconds until it emulsifies.

Decorate with watermelon & lime.
