Our Kitchen Essentials:
- Seaweeds (an ode to ‘wild’ and minerals)
- Cold-pressed oils (flax, hemp, olive oil, coconut oil)
- Olives (raw, unpasteurised, sun-dried)
- Seeds (Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Hulled hemp seeds, etc)
- Nuts (Pine Nuts, Almonds, Macadamia, Brazil nuts, Cashews, etc)
- Raw Cacao (butter, powder, liquor, bean – everything)
- Medicinal berries (Vit C rich: Incan berry, Goji berry, rosehip, seabuckthorn, Camu Camu, acerola cherry, etc)
- Our favourite superfoods: (mesquite (white carob), maca (hormonal health), spirulina (protein), chlorella (chlorophyll), barley grass powder.
- Sweeteners (Whole: dried mulberries, dates, dried figs, dried apricots); Liquid (Maple syrup, coconut nectar, raw high-quality agave); Powdered (coconut palm sugar, xylitol); Raw Honey – wild, artisan and consciously produced
- Herby greens (coriander, parsley, spring onions, sage)

Food and Energetic Tendencies to Bear in Mind in Summer:
- Enjoy plentiful of sunshine
- Get playtime in the kitchen and outside
- Make food-sharing and picnics a must
- Go foraging
- Spend at least 30 mins surrounded by nature every day
- Regular – ideally daily excise
- Practice getting up early and greeting the day
- Increase your water intake to at least 3l
- Be expressive, be you
- Get some downtime, it is summer!
